Mystery Box Terms & Conditions

All sales of Chase Bliss Mystery Boxes are governed by the following policies:

1. Each Mystery box contains one item or one bundle, with a total value equal to or greater than the purchase price of the Mystery Box.

2. Actual product colors may vary. Images are for reference only.

3. Mystery Boxes are sold at full price and are not eligible for any discounts, including but not limited to discount codes or promotions.

4. All contents are randomly assigned and cannot be selected or exchanged based on preference. Mystery Boxes are not eligible for returns or exchanges except in cases of verified quality issues, and/or from customers in countries/regions where local law requires that returns be accepted.

5. Purchasing multiple Mystery Boxes may result in receiving duplicate items.

6. Delivery times are estimated and will vary based on product availability, the region from which orders are placed, and date of purchase. Please allow extra time for your Mystery Box to arrive.

7. No changes can be made after checkout.

8. Quantities are limited. Mystery Box online purchases are limited to two per customer and two per household. Once sold out, Mystery Boxes will no longer be available.

9. Bliss + Mortar. Mystery Boxes will also be available for purchase at select Bliss + Mortar retail partner locations with a limit of one per customer. Customers who purchase up to two Mystery Boxes online may still purchase one Mystery Box at a Bliss + Mortar retail partner location.

10. B-Stock Items: Mystery Boxes may contain a B-Stock Pedal. B-Stock pedals contain a cosmetic blemish that doesn’t affect usability or are a customer return we can’t sell as new (which may not have any noticeable blemish). They are functionally perfect and subject to the exact same rigorous Quality Control process and warranty as all our pedals. All Mystery Boxes containing B-Stock Pedal will have a total value equal or greater than the purchase price of the Mystery Box.

11. Friends of Bliss. Approximately 500 Mystery Boxes containing a B-Stock product will also contain a “Friends of Bliss” item, another pedal or other product made by one of Chase Bliss’s partners or affiliates.  

12. Chase Bliss, Inc., its subsidiaries, and affiliates make no representations regarding any products being rare or having special value as collector’s items. Chase Bliss’s calculation of equivalent value is based solely on the retail price of the included products.
